COMBI-MELT PUR SYSTEM

This system minimises waste & downtime to save you money.

The service station allows you to store two complete hoppers and heads when not in use, carry out cleaning operations away from the machine and also pre-heat both the hopper and head so they can be swapped in warm to keep you running.

The patented Combi Melt System gives you complete versatility with your glue choices and ensures a ZERO joint finish for the best results.

OTT Pacific +

The Pacific+ offers everything that makes OTT machines so outstanding: Pacific+ is versatile and flexible and due to the machine length of under 6 meters also our smallest edgebander.

The Pacific + can be combined with a Panel Return Unit as well.

OTT StrongEdge

The name says it all. Particularly strong: StrongEdge is perfectly suited for processing solid wood. Even with StrongEdge, you remain variable and can process everything from rolls to solid wood in consistent quality. StrongEdge can also be perfectly extended with a return system from OTT. TransLift or TransEdge are particularly suitable.

OTT TopEdge

With our TopEdge series, (almost) no wish remains unfulfilled: Different machine lengths, integration of special units, even two gluing parts or special gluing technology for door manufacturers. TopEdge is the solution for your individual, often completely unique application. Our staff will be happy to discuss with you which equipment will meet your requirements. A banding centre is always just one step away, because with TransLift or TransEdge and possibly even the integration of a robot, you can produce highly efficiently and in a material-friendly manner.
