Bi-Matic Challenge Series Overview
The Challenge range is built around robust mechanics and a flexible control platform. Model designations reflect construction length and package (e.g. variants with rounding/end-trimming groups). Multiple unit choices allow you to specify exactly what you need without paying for what you don’t.
Key Features of The Bi-Matic Challenge
- Industrial 1″ chain track with 50×80 mm cleats for maximum panel hold; track working height 900 mm
- Unique gluing system for consistent, accurate glue dosing
- Quick-release, Teflon-coated glue pot (3 L) with 5–6 min heat-up
- Pre-milling unit with twin HF motors (12,000 rpm), optional DGT01 self-centring
- Twin-motor end trimming (12,000 rpm) with pneumatic tilt 0–15°
- Tilt/“easy-set” trimming units; options for DGT02 (NC) radius/chamfer switching
- Corner rounding choices: single-motor A-PR02 or dual-motor ARX02 (PN02 pneumatic)
- Radius & glue scraping, optional Multi-Radius systems (pneumatic/NC)
- RIEPE systems available: LPZ II anti-adhesive, LP 189/99 anti-static/cooling, LP 163/93 polishing; NFLY sliding
- Narrow-panel guide (NPR) and telescopic large-panel support (TDS)
- Control options from simple menu to EW112/EW115 12–15″ graphic HMI with program memory; Industry 4.0 ready
