The Compakto system automatically returns panels to the operator while the next board is being prepared. Panels can accumulate at the end of the roller conveyor, and the unit switches off once the batch is complete. When the next board exits the edgebander, the Compakto switches back on automatically.
This helps reduce walking, lifting and repeated manual handling, making it easier for one operator to manage the edgebanding process efficiently.
Compakto return conveyors are built from modular, self-contained units that plug together. The design makes them straightforward to install, move or adapt to other machines as workshop requirements change.
The system is compatible with a wide range of edgebanding machines and profile sanders, including many common workshop brands such as Biesse, HOLZ-HER, Brandt, SCM, OTT, OAV, Bi-Matic, IMA, Hebrock, KDT, Homag and Stefani.
