Elumatec copy routers deliver precise machining of aluminium and PVC profiles with German engineering and technician-backed support from Tuckwell Machinery. Choose compact single-spindle units or larger work envelopes with adjustable table height, then add tracer points, collets and stop systems to suit your jobs.
A copy router is a profiling machine that transfers a pattern (at a 1:1 ratio) from a template or stop into a workpiece — typically aluminium or PVC window/door profiles. Using a guided tracer and a high-speed spindle, it reproduces precise slots, recesses and apertures required for hardware and fittings.
