The Masterwood Nesting KS is a modular CNC nesting range designed to combine efficient panel machining with flexible loading, unloading and production-line integration.
Available in two current configurations, the Nesting 2131 KS and Nesting 2242 KS, the range combines a high-efficiency matrix working table, 13.2 kW HSK F63 electrospindle, integrated drilling, a 12-position tool magazine and six vacuum areas.
Masterwood designed the Nesting KS for both stand-alone production and integration into more automated manufacturing lines, giving cabinetmakers and panel processors room to increase automation as production requirements grow.
Masterwood describes the Nesting KS as a new-generation nesting range combining wide modularity with competitive investment cost. Automatic loading and unloading systems, end-of-line labelling options and flexible machine configuration allow it to be used in different levels of production automation.

Both current Nesting KS models are specified with a 13.2 kW HSK F63 electrospindle, providing a robust machining package for professional panel processing.
